Summer Camps for Ages 2 to 14

LiTTLE Buds Day Camp
This video provides a good introduction to who and what Camp Concepts is all about.
We know that our youngest campers, the "Little Buds" (ages 2-5) have an incredible curiosity and desire to explore the world around them. At Little Buds, we create unique, age-appropriate and developmentally appropriate opportunities for learning through socialization, exploration, and discovery- all core elements of our well-established program.
Selecting a summer camp program can be a challenge. Bucks County has so many choices to choose from. We believe the real value of camp extends far beyond the program or even the fun that can be had. For us, the true value of camp is the social & emotional learning that takes place. Take a minute and read this article so you have a better understanding of our fundamental approach to camp.
To meent their developmental needs, our 'Lil Buds' enjoy their own tailored day camp experience in an equally safe and nurturing enviornment. This thoughtfully balanced program encourages key social, emotional, and physical growth through fun, age-appropriate activities.

Meet the Directors
Ms. Ashley & Miss Jen

Miss Ashley
Ms. Ashley is returning for her 10th year of directing our adorable Little Buds. Having already spent 12 years prior working with this age group in the summer camp setting, she brings knowledge and experience to our team. Ashley’s educational preparation began when with her degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Bucknell University. More recently, she earned her Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University. Ashley is a middle school Science teacher at the Center for Student Learning Charter School. When Ashley is not having fun with Little Buds you can find her coaching girls’ softball for one of three programs in which she is actively involved. Ms. Ashley's favorite leisure activity is traveling and exploring different parts of the world.
We are excited to have Ms. Ashley continue in her leadership role of Little Buds. You can email Ashley at LittleBuds@CampConcepts.org
Miss Jen
Miss Jen is excited to begin her 8th year as assistant director in Little Buds. She has been with the Little Buds for 15 years. Miss Jen graduated from DeSales University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and earned her master’s degree in Early Childhood Literacy. Teaching for the past 8 years, Miss Jenn currently teaches 3rd grade after spending 5 years as a Kindergarten teacher. You can email Miss Jen at jennifer.schloo@gmail.com.
When not teaching or working at camp, Miss Jen loves to travel, cook and always enjoys a good book! She is always excited for summer to begin so she can see old camp friends, and meet some new ones.
