Our annual evening of fun celebration and giving is back! Although renamed to the more fitting Camp Community Family Fun Night, our mission is unchanged- celebrate as a camp community and raise money for really good causes! Join us for lots of inflatable fun, carnival type games, Gary The Balloon Guy (simply amazing), a roving magician, Meadow Perry the bubble magician, Max the Mini horse, staff dunk tank, face painting, and more. All the activities and entertainment are FREE to enjoy as a family. Our chance to celebrate the magic of camp together as one community. But, we also do it to teach our campers that camp is not something that others can always enjoy. For the past 5 years we have extended our camp outreach to Aerie Africa- an orphanage in Ethiopia https://aerieafrica.org/ We will continue that expression of love again this year. We are also adding local NGO- Global Connections Foundation which provides children's programs, educational initiatives, and women's vocational empowerment in Kenya. There will be lots of ways for families to give including purchasing of raffle tickets to win prizes and gift baskets, purchasing food items from the snack shack (hot dogs, corn dogs, and walking tacos, ice cream & more) so please plan to eat a lot! There will also be a paid chance to walk away with a brand new flat screen t.v. Additionally, tax deductible check or cash donations made be brought made payable to either organization (Aerie Africa or Global Connections Foundation) and receipts will be sent. Our goal is to raise $4,500 at this event!
