Pre Camp week : June 18-22 We call this week Summer Explosion because we love to start our summer with a bang! This week of pre-camp has a unique design of providing campers with game & activity based challenges to solve. It inspires teamwork cooperation, leadership, creativity and most of all FUN! Families may register for this as a single week for $375 or, SAVE BIG by signing up for all 9 weeks of camp for $332 a week. Super savings!

So, whereas we would love to help your children grow roots and friendships with longer stays at camp, here are some flexible choices you have with us:

- First 4 weeks: June 25-July 20 $1,580 session or $395 wk

- SWEET SIX: Any 6 weeks of camp (June 18-August 17) $2,310 or $385 week.
- All 8 weeks: June 25-August 17 $2,880 for 8-week season or $360 wk
- All 9 weeks: (pre camp + full 8 weeks) June 19-August 18 $2,988. That is $332 week! (a great value to compare!Please note that the above rates are our early bird rates in place from January 1 to May 31. Registrations after June 1 are subject to a $25 per week increase and the registration fee goes from $25 per family to $50 per family. Senior Camp Division &Teen Travel (ages 12-14): Our oldest campers at Big Oak are ages 12-14. We have an expanded program for this age group that includes an CHOICE in their weekly schedule for offered activities as well as our weekly TEEN TRAVEL trips to cool places like Dorney Park, Sahara Sam’s, Hellerick’s Aerial Adventure, Skyzone and more. The expanded CHOICE program and Teen Travel make the 9-week full summer camp selection cost at an amazing rate of $3,288*. (*early bird rate January 1-May 31. Sessions: We believe that camp community is best achieved when campers attend for selected sessions. However, we also realize that often times that set vacation schedules may interfere. If there are special accommodations with desired dates that do not fit into our listed sessions, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your family needs. Ultimately we want your children to feel that they are a happy part of our camp community

CAMPER SELF-CONFIDENCE FREE WITH TUITION
Because we believe strongly that an essential component of a successful day camp is the feeling of community, we prefer not to split, pro-rate or break up the above sessions. Ultimately this factor is appreciated by campers who are assured that with limited camper turnover, strong relationships can more easily be established.
A.M. or P.M. Extended Service
As a convenience to those who need to drop off or pick up outside of our normal operating times (9:00-3:30 p.m.) we have extended care service of convenience.
A.M. Extended care will begin at 7:00 a.m. $60 per week
P.M. Extended care will be available until 5:30 p.m. $60 per week
Sign up for 8 or 9 weeks of either AM or PM extended care: Add AM or PM care to your 8 week camp option for $55 per week. Add AM or PM care to your 9 week camp option for $50 per week.

All discounts will be internally applied to your account.
Per occasional day use- for those unexpected times, simply give us a call and the service can be added on an as needed day basis. $20 per day for either AM or PM.
We also offer a $20.00 per week sibling discount to the second and successive registered children who are in our five, full-day program.
*Receive 50% off tuition for the 3rd registered child (from the same family) when registered for 4 or more consecutive weeks and only to those who register for a 5 full day program.
All sibling discounts will be applied to your account internally by our Account Services Manager, Linda.
Each camper receives a free BIG OAK CAMP T-shirt.
Initial deposit of $200 per camper is non-refundable and is due at the time of registration to hold your child’s place for selected camp(s).
Balance of tuition is due by May 15 (less initial deposit) for selected camp(s). Unpaid balance beyond May 15 will be subject to a $40 late fee and may also jeopardize attendance at any Camp Concepts camp.
Balance Payment Plan
We want to be supportive of those families who may need a little more time to pay their camp tuition balance. If there is a reason that you need a little more time to pay your balance, simply contact us so we can work out payment arrangements with you. If for whatever reason, a parent withdraws their child from camp between May 15-June 1, an additional $100 cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining paid amount, less the original deposit, will be refunded. No refunds will be given after June 1st.
For your convenience registration is done online through our secure website. Select the REGISTER ONLINE NOW button which will take you through the simple process. Your newly established online camp account allows you to access your account, make payments and manage your child’s online health/medical information. May 31 is the end of the early registration fee of $25 (once per family). All registrations as of June 1 incur a $50 (once per family) registration fee.
Deposit and tuition balance may be paid by credit card or Echeck. After initial deposit and registration, additional tuition may be made by personal check payable to: Camp Concepts, Business office: P.O.Box 304, Jamison, Pa. 18929.

Child Care Reimbursement/Dependent Care Accounts
You may be eligible to pay for camp utilizing a dependent care account through your employer. The Federal Tax ID number for Camp Concepts is: 74-3082740. Forms needing a signature can be done so in person during the summer or you may scan and email them to us.
The camp is conveniently held on the 20+ acre campus of the former St. John’s The Evangelist school located at the corner of Big Oak Rd and Makefield Rd- 752 Big Oak Rd, Yardley, PA. (Put Morrisville for GPS) The 20+ acre campus has beautiful and spacious playing fields, an air-conditioned stand-alone athletic center with a full-size basketball court, stage, kitchen, and classrooms. It also has an accompanying two-story school building with arts & crafts room, open common area and cafeteria section & kitchen.
We are conveniently located and accessible to Newtown, Morrisville, Yardley and surrounding towns & Upper Makefield township. Big Oak Day Camp is even easily accessible to parts of New Jersey as well.
Have a young child ages 2-5? LITTLE BUDS is our youngest age group division at Big Oak. Because of the unique developmental and social needs of this age group the Little Buds program has a separate and distinct program from the big campers at Big Oak. But, gathered on the same campus allows us to serve campers between the ages of 2-14 on one great campus.
Campus Tours/Information Session
Visit us. Meet us and see our facility. February 11, March 11, or April 22nd. Each program starts at 4:00 p.m. at the Parish Center gymnasium at St. John’s The Evangelist campus.
Counselor Meet & Greet: Friday, June 15th 7-8 p.m. Come and meet your child’s counselor and other staff as well!
We have several open house dates open for interested families to meet us in person. Those dates are listed in the footer of our home page. For 2018: Join us- February 11, March 11, or April 22nd. Open house/tour programs start promptly at 4:00 p.m. and involve a presentation and introduction as well as activities for your children. Please arrive a few minutes early to register. Please email us which event date you would like to attend.
Programs will last about 1 hour.
Pre Camp Orientation
There will be a counselor MEET & GREET Friday, June 15 from 7-8 p.m. This is a chance to meet your child’s counselor and deliver any medications to the camp nurse.
